Silver Jewelry Designs wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15 day money back guarantee. No questions asked? Simply email us at info@silverjewelrydesigns.com for a return authorization. You will get directions on how and where to send your return. All returned merchandise must be in new unworn condition and all paper work must be returned for a full refund less shipping charges. We are open for business 6 days a week 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday thru Saturday.

Shipping Policy

Most items usually get shipped in 2-3 days, if an item is out of stock you will be sent an email with an estimated shipping delivery time. We ship with USPS and UPS and all deliveries will require a signature.
