Sileverjewelrydesigns.com offers a 15 day money back return policy subject to the following:
- You first must contact Silver Jewelry Designs to recieve a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) number.
- Merchandise can not be returned without an RMA number. All packages without an RMA number will be refused.
- In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging and paperwork intact and unaltered.
- Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
- The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in brand new, mint condition, it will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 10%. If your return shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees may be higher. For specific restocking fees that may be applicable to your Return, please contact us at info@silverjewelrydesigns.com
- The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.
- If the Return is due to our error, please contact us and we will instruct you on the manner and shipping method to return you item.

- *Please note that any special sizing or expedited deliveries or altering merchandise is a final sale. We will only refund shipping charge and postage if the error is ours.
- In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item we will be happy to repair, replace or issue you a full refund. In this case all shipping charges would be refunded and no restocking fee charged. As with all other returns you must attain a Return Authorization Number in order to receive a refund.
